Shipping and Returns
Packages are shipped from the United States. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AT THIS TIME.
Shipping
Shipping is provided through the UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery service. Orders received before 12:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders including expedited shipping not placed before the shipping cutoff will not ship until the next day. If your order is placed after the cutoff shipping time on Friday or on the weekend the order will not be shipped until Monday or the next business day if a holiday. Expedited shipping is also available.
Returns
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we'll accept returns from you within 30 days of delivery of product. On all returns we give a full refund less the original shipping costs.
- E-mail customer service @ [email protected] and inform us which products you would like to return. The customer service department will e-mail you a return confirmation.
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the e-mail sent to the customer service department as well as a copy of the return confirmation e-mail you receive.
- Send your purchase back to the address listed below by any method you wish. You will be responsible for the cost of this shipping.

Warranty Information
Our responsibility with regard to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to the repair or replacement at its option, of any product, which fails during normal consumer use for a period of 5 Year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to damage or failure, which results from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance. If at any time during the 5 Year period following the purchase the product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, return the defective product with freight prepaid and proof of purchase.
